Large Group Accommodation

Instead of renting just one cottage, you can also rent both together for your families and friends. Indeed, the MAS NATURA consists of a large building of 350 m2 on 3 levels in an old agricultural farmhouse from the 1980s initially named "Mas des Abricotiers" but completely renovated and renamed since 2018. It is located on 2 hectares fenced and wooded with around ten parking spaces (secured with cameras) with electric gate at the entrance, reversible air conditioning thanks to 18 solar panels, a large 5 x 10 m salt swimming pool (non-chemical chlorine) and a SPA Jacuzzi for 3 people each time (to be reserved in advance and with supplement for heating, water, maintenance but also for adult bathrobes and flip-flops - bring those of children or babies), several rainwater receivers, a large semi-shaded garden with vegetable garden and orchard, numerous outdoor games (tennis table, large trampoline, children's playground, etc.) and an indoor games and sports room (table football, rowing machine, indoor bike, darts, children's books and toys, etc.), but above all with a magnificent panoramic view of the high mountains to the sea on the horizon.

If each accommodation is independent of our own home at the front, it is also possible to combine the 2 lodgings to rent them as "Large Group Accommodation" with a meeting room (approximately 195 m2) for 15 people maximum (14 adults + 1 child) for your holidays or certain special occasions such as receptions, courses, training courses, conferences or others; but only outside the summer season . In addition, not being an ERP (Establishment Receiving the Public), we cannot accept larger groups to sleep, nor authorize alcoholic parties with sound system and speakers (contact the more suitable village function rooms instead). Knowing that there are in any case only 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 3 equipped kitchens with 3 terraces + 1 roof terrace and 2 balconies (smoking area), and 4 or 5 bedrooms with 4 double beds (160 x 200 cm) or 8 single beds (80 x 200 cm) and 1 fold-away double bed (140 x 190 cm) in the gym & games room + sofa beds in the dining, living or meeting rooms (1 double sofa bed and 1 BZ sofa of 140 x 190 cm); which makes a total of sleeping accommodation for 15 people maximum (see according to the age of babies, children or teenagers, couples, single friends, elderly people, etc.) + the reception of 2-3 dogs maximum also on the ground floor or on the garden level (not upstairs).
