What are the main rules and conditions for hosting ?

Before any reservation and arrival we advise you to read our General Conditions of Sale (GCS) on which everything is better detailed. However, you just need to know quickly that:

Our large communal swimming pool is open mid-season depending on the weather and climate but generally it is only available between the beginning of May (or the end of April) and until mid-October (or the beginning of November). Fully fenced and if necessary locked for young children, without chemical chlorine (device transforming salt into natural chlorine in the private garden shed), in summer the pool must be cleaned almost every night. This is why we ask visitors to avoid using it between 9pm in the evening and 9am in the morning when the robot and maintenance work is carried out around it.

Please also put away the cushions, deckchairs and parasols after each use and do not leave anything lying around in your absence, especially the buoys and bath towels, put away the covers, empty the ashtrays and block the shutters because of possible gusts of wind even in summer. Because of the proximity of the sea with changeable weather and more frequent risk of fire in the South of France, the swimming pool also serves as a mandatory and quickly accessible water reservoir.

For the SPA limited to 3 people each time, please notify us before 9 a.m. (use between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.), no cream or oil and carefully read the other instructions provided beforehand. Remember to notify us by SMS when leaving it so that we can close it and weight down the cover due to the wind.

It is welcome, as well as common sense, to always keep young children and animals under your supervision and responsibility, especially around the shared swimming pool (which is also prohibited for domestic animals for reasons of hygiene, hair and safety). Never leave them alone in the accommodation even for a few minutes and go for a ""quick errand"" because you never know what can happen in an unknown place, or in the wild either.

We also ask everyone to be eco-responsible with their waste and drinking water, especially by avoiding wasting it, as well as electricity at night (solar panels are only useful during the day). For example, by using city water, pouring your bottled water at the foot of the plants in the evening, turning off the taps and limiting unnecessary showers. Only clean dogs if necessary (water jet outside on request) and cars in suitable places, etc. If you wish, we also suggest that you participate in our household composting at the bottom of the garden near the orchard with your plant waste (without citrus fruits, dairy or meat products) using the bucket with closed lid provided. As well as the recycling of paper, metals and plastics & Waste is put in the large yellow bin and household waste in the green bins, glass and other bottles in the bin at the entrance near the electric gate.

Thanks to our photovoltaic panels, we produce our own electricity during the day, which allows us to benefit from reversible air conditioning all year round. This is why we encourage you to close all doors and windows to keep it cool in the summer or warm in the winter. But also to run your household appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) during the day and to charge your digital devices (tablet, computer, etc.) also during the day to turn them off at night. This also allows you to renew family and friendly ties with board games, walks, to appreciate the calm, harmony and beauty of the daytime or nighttime landscape, the sunset or sunrise, the stars, etc. And thus to distance yourself from exhausting electromagnetic waves and to fully enjoy your revitalizing stay in the heart of nature (WIFI cut off after midnight).

Notify us in case of occasional guest during the day but totally forbidden at night because of our maximum capacity (including at the swimming pool), the prior calculation of charges and tourist taxes. Knowing that normally all parties, receptions, courses or conferences without our prior agreement are prohibited, except obviously for Christmas and New Year's Day, July 14, etc. We ask, as a priority to preserve the spirit of the place, the rejuvenating calm of nature as well as the tranquility of humans and animals all around; as well as our other visitors, neighbors or inhabitants of the village. This is why do not play loud music outside, nor sound system or speakers inside and limit noise especially between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., even in summer. This is also why as a general rule FESTIVE AND ALCOHOL EVENINGS ARE PROHIBITED AT MAS NATURA (no drugs, no theft, no prostitution, etc.). Our reception capacity is limited and our French laws must be respected when you also accept our T&Cs

Similarly, the smoking area is only provided outside the accommodation and rooms, because we live in an area with a high fire risk, as everywhere in the South of France. You will also have at your disposal one or more closed ashtrays and therefore more adapted to our region, such as a gas plancha on wheels with a lid rather than a fixed charcoal barbecue which is more dangerous, toxic and above all very risky with young children or animals, especially in high winds.

The equipment loaned in the gîte and games & sports room must remain on site (risk of loss or theft), unless requested in writing and with prior agreement (by SMS or email). As with everything in the room as in the accommodation, do not forget to take care of it as if it were your own and to put everything back in its place after each use and especially departure.

For groups of friends or families, you should know that it is the person who booked who is legally considered our main customer and therefore responsible for the other guests and must then ensure that they are well informed, monitor and enforce the rules of life, hygiene and safety of Mas Natura during the stay. It is also this reference person who must sign the contract on arrival with the inventory and T&Cs in the appendix, therefore agreeing to be present from start to finish during the reception as well as the return of the keys and the deposit. Otherwise, the latter will not be returned even if you are part of the same group of friends or family.
