Instead of renting only one gîte you can also rent both together for your families and friends. Indeed, the ""Mas Natura"" consists of a large building of 350 m2 on 3 levels in a former agricultural farmhouse initially named ""Mas des Abricotiers"" but since renamed ""Mas Natura"". It is located on 2 hectares fenced and wooded with around ten parking spaces (secured with cameras) with electric gate at the entrance, a large Catalan farmhouse from the 1980s completely renovated with reversible air conditioning thanks to 18 solar panels, a large swimming pool with salts (natural non-chemical chlorine) and several rainwater catchers, a large semi-shaded garden with vegetable garden, orchard and henhouse in the distance on 2 hectares of trees and fenced, numerous outdoor games (tennis table, large trampoline, air children's games, etc.) and indoor games and sports room. and above all a magnificent panoramic view of the high mountains as far as the sea on the horizon.

If each gîte is independent of our own home at the front, it is also possible to combine the gîtes to rent them as ""Group Gîtes"" (2 gîtes + rooms = approximately 195 m2) for your holidays or certain special occasions such as receptions, courses, courses, conferences or others. On the other hand , not being an ERP (Establishment Receiving the Public), we cannot regularly accept too large groups, nor authorize alcoholic parties with sound system and speaker, nor even accommodate more than 15 people overnight maximum. Knowing that there are in any case here only 3 bathrooms with shower and WC, 3 equipped kitchens with 3 terraces + 1 roof terrace and 2 balconies (smoking area), 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds (160 x 200 cm) or 8 single beds (80 x 200 cm) with the possibility of adding 2 additional folding child beds (under 3 or 12 years old) and in the 3 dining-living rooms: 1 double sofa bed in the NEST and 1 BZ type sofa (140 x 190 cm) and 1 foldaway bed in the rooms, which provides total sleeping space for 14 adults maximum or 16 people if children or teenagers + 2 dogs maximum on the ground floor and under surveillance.
