Lodging 1 : THE NEST

Alone at the back of Mas Natura, perched like a "bird's nest" facing the Aspres Valley and the sea on the horizon, this 1st air-conditioned semi-detached accommodation on the garden level of 69 m2 is designed for 4 to 6 people (5 adults maximum) + a folding baby or child bed in addition. With semi-shaded parking, it is entered by a private entrance and a long balcony with magnificent views of the Catalan hills and villages, in the distance the high Massif des Albères and the long beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer. The whole is located on a vast plot of 2 hectares wooded and fenced, with an orchard and a permaculture vegetable garden.

Inside, beautiful, bright spaces combine a modern vintage feel with the anti-static benefits of wood. With an entrance opening on the right onto a large living and dining room open on the left onto a new, modern and fully equipped kitchen, then a walk-in shower room and a separate toilet next to 2 beautiful bedrooms which open, directly and thanks to their large bay windows, onto a beautiful private and sheltered terrace, quiet and at the back of the garden and vegetable garden, right next to the large 5 x 10 m fenced salt pool and the SPA above the common sports and games room (with table football, rowing machine, electric bike, darts, children's toys...) and an outdoor playground (with tennis table, trampoline, swing, slide...). Only the 3-seater SPA Jacuzzi must be reserved in advance (supplement for heating, water, maintenance but also for adult bathrobes and flip-flops - bring those for children or babies).

Unheated swimming pool, freely available from early May to late October and accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the summer (due to robot cleaning, maintenance, watering, etc.). The Jacuzzi spa, on the other hand, is generally available from September to the end of June by reservation.

Private : entrance, balcony and entire accommodation, large terrace with shaded patio.
Sharing : outdoor parking (secure with cameras), large grounds with orchard and even larger garden, gym and games room, SPA and swimming pool shared by the 2 gîtes.
Attention : Only 2 dogs are allowed in this cottage, access to the grounds (except the pool) is under supervision, and the private terrace is open but can be enclosed if desired with a gate.
